Policies & Requirements

To ensure the safety and relaxation of all our guests, please observe the following policies.


UNIT REQUIREMENTS

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any rig based on age, appearance and/or condition. Any unit over 10 years of age must be given approval from management.
  • All units must be self-contained and in good working order.
  • Window A/C/Heat units are NOT allowed.
  • No tents, pop up trailers, or horse-RV units permitted.
  • All RVs must be commercially manufactured.
  • RV skirting is not allowed.
  • No WIFI boosters, extenders, or repeaters allowed.

SITE REQUIREMENTS

  • No parking on grass.
  • "O” ring or "Donut” must be used for hookup.
  • Keep your site litter free including CIGARETTE butts.
  • The space must be kept clean and free of refuse at all times. Boxes and other items are not allowed to be stored around or under the unit.
  • No household appliances stored outside.
  • Bicycles, toys, and other approved items must be picked up from the grass and properly stored.
  • No clothes lines or garments hung outside.
  • Alterations to your site are not allowed.
  • Generators cannot be operated in the park except during daytime for maintenance to unit.
  • Vehicle registration and inspection must be current and vehicles must be in working order.
  • Major RV or vehicle repairs are not allowed. Minor maintenance is allowed if completed the same day.
  • Washing of RVs for monthly guests only.
  • No more than two vehicles per site.
  • Open fires are prohibited. Barbeque pits are okay. Do not throw charcoal and ashes on grass.

pet policy

  • Maximum 2 total pets (dogs & cats only) per site.
  • Pets must be kept on a leash.
  • Pets must be attended outside. Do NOT leave your pet alone outside.
  • No dog runs or kennels.
  • Please clean up after your pet. If bags are needed, see management.
  • Sorry, no Pit Bulls, Rottweiler, German Shepherds, or Doberman dogs allowed.
  • Excessive barking will not be tolerated.

General

  • Intoxication will NOT be tolerated. Alcoholic beverages may be consumed at your site only. No alcoholic beverages are to be served to anyone less than 21 years of age on park premises.
  • NO illegal drugs or illegal substances of any kind on park premises.
  • All guests must register at the office.
  • Children must be supervised by parents at all times.  Parents are responsible for the actions, conduct, safety and whereabouts of their children at all times.
  • Speed limit is 5 mph.
  • Violation of the rules could be grounds for eviction from the park with forfeiture of rent money.
  • This is private property. The owner reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
  • Park owner assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loses from anyone.
  • Park owner is not responsible for damage caused by falling trees or tree limbs or acts of nature.
  • We reserve the right to enforce, or change our rules, and the right to refuse admittance to park.

NOISE LEVEL

  • 10 PM – 8 AM are silent hours.
  • No loud radio or TV anytime.
  • We cater to refinery and construction workers who work varying hours and ask that you always keep the noise level to a minimum.
